Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B, dental, medical device, or value-based sales.
• Experience selling into dental implant environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and convert new customers within the territory.
• Maintain and grow current customer share of wallet as a secondary focus.
• Build and manage a robust territory pipeline through cold outreach and visits.
• Position Implants MIS as a reliable, efficient value-based solution.
• Develop account-specific conversion strategies and adoption plans.
• Conduct product presentations and business discussions for growth opportunities.
• Drive trial, adoption and repeat utilization with clear next steps.
• Own territory growth goals and revenue attainment.
• Analyze territory data to prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, education, service, and sales leadership.
