Job summary

IconicCare seeks a highly personable professional to cover the Minneapolis Twin Cities metro. You will visit skilled nursing facilities, build relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing, and arrange alignment calls with our clinical and revenue teams.

You are not required to have a clinical background; you’ll partner with our clinical team to ensure patient care alignment. This role emphasizes relationship-building over front-desk hurdles.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Able to pass a background check and meet facility visitor requirements.
• Professional, trustworthy, kind presence in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Visit a set route of facilities across the Minneapolis metro repeatedly.
• Build repeat relationships with front desk staff, Administrators, and Directors of Nursing (DONs).
• Set up alignment calls with both the Administrator and the DON attending.
• Log every visit and meeting in HubSpot.
• Maintain a clean pipeline so every booked call leads to a smooth handoff.
