Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Wichita, Kansas to drive sales growth and brand presence across assigned accounts. You will engage customers, perform merchandising activities, and build lasting relationships while meeting dynamic sales targets and enhancing in-store displays.

Responsibilities include promoting CPG products, expanding distribution, executing promotions, and reporting performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently under remote supervision with integrity and professionalism.
• Experience in outside sales, CPG industry, retail or field sales & merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store personnel.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage territory routing and reporting of sales results.
