Job summary

Acosta is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Savannah, GA to drive sales growth and expand product distribution within an assigned territory. You will engage customers, perform merchandising duties, and build strong relationships with store personnel and clients.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining promotional presence, and delivering positive customer experiences in a field-based setting. Valid driving and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently with remote supervision.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Experience in outside sales/CPG/retail or territory sales is preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling consumer packaged goods (CPG) products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders to drive in-store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage assigned territory through effective routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
