Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across the territory.

Responsibilities include field coverage, promotional displays, and collaboration with store leadership. This role requires physical activity, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to travel across markets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, bend and move product as part of daily duties.
• Strong in-store execution and merchandising standards.
• Excellent communication with store teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and uphold execution standards.
• Serve as a field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution through available systems.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
