Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include daily coverage, promotional display setup, data capture, and collaboration with store teams. Safety, mobility, and driving compliance are essential in this dynamic field role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Physical activities include lifting up to 25 lbs. and occasional heavier lifting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce brand standards.
• Execute daily coverage with merchandising and order writing, including photo capture and documenting execution.
• Implement promotional displays in line with RTM plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop readiness for future leadership through operational and communication skills.
