Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

You will execute daily coverage, document execution with photos, and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel while supporting seasonal launches and onboarding of new teammates.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Execute daily coverage and capture display photos documenting execution.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM for coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding and development of new Merchandisers and Writers.
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement.
• Maintain safety and comply with protocols and vehicle policies.
