Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality in-store execution across various markets. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure shops stay aligned with company expectations.

You will engage with store teams, reinforce Mondelēz’s standards, and participate in promotions and seasonal events while traveling within assigned markets and complying with safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Provide hands-on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Execute daily coverage with Merchandising Excellence standards and order writing.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Follow safety protocols and vehicle policies during field work.
