Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensure brand standards, and execute in-store coverage across assigned markets. This role involves frequent travel, physical activity, and strong collaboration with store teams to maintain execution excellence.

Qualifications

• You must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible Schedule including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting/bending; up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Mondelēz International offers a company vehicle with a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards.
• Execute daily coverage using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence; document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth execution.
• Support onboarding and capability-building for new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement within the organization.
• Adhere to safety protocols and driving policies while performing physical duties.
