Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality in-store execution across assigned markets. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure alignment with company expectations.

The role emphasizes hands-on field support, strong customer service, and collaboration with store personnel to drive display execution and seasonal promotions while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reside within the territory.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers to ensure brand standards.
• Complete daily store visits and document execution and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager and RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to enable smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop operational and communication skills for future leadership.
• Adhere to safety policies and vehicle guidelines while driving in the territory.
