Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensuring execution standards and brand visibility across the territory. You’ll follow DM/RTM schedules, assist with launches, build store relationships, and maintain safe, compliant operations including lifting and moving product.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and support Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing standards.
• Execute daily coverage, capture display photos, and document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Support onboarding of new field staff and strengthen capability.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
