Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to provide hands-on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensure consistent execution, and uphold brand standards across the territory. This position requires 1-3 years in retail or consumer goods, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within the assigned markets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution with photos.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel for smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Be physically able to lift and move product; comply with safety policies.
