Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and drive consistent store coverage across the territory.

You will engage with store personnel, document execution with photos, and help with seasonal transitions and new product launches while ensuring safety and compliance in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and travel across markets.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products (up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Responsabilités

• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers in stores across the territory.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure execution excellence.
• Document execution with photos and reports.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to enable smooth execution.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM.
