Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the construction materials sector in the Houston area. You will drive growth by selling adhesives, mortars, sealants and related products to distributors, contractors and architects.

The role requires proven outside sales success, strong knowledge of local channels, and the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and willingness to travel within the territory is essential.

Qualifications

• Outside sales success in construction materials or related markets.
• Strong knowledge of local construction and distribution channels.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales targets.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and key purchasing decision-makers.
• Recommend tailored solutions to address customer needs and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, industry networking, trade shows, referrals, and market research.
• Gather and communicate market intelligence, including customer trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
