Job summary

Unify Recruit is seeking a driven Sales Representative to build and grow our Greenville/Upstate South Carolina territory. This role targets CNC machine tools and related industrial equipment, with emphasis on developing new business and establishing strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B manufacturing sales, a strong hunter mindset, and the ability to communicate technical solutions to engineering and operations teams. Local market knowledge is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within manufacturing, industrial equipment or related markets.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality with success developing new business.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate with manufacturing/engineering customers.
• Existing relationships in Greenville/Upstate manufacturing community desirable.
• CNC machine tool sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout Greenville and Upstate market.
• Build relationships with manufacturers, machine shops, OEMs and industrial customers.
• Identify machining and production challenges and connect customers with equipment and solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal and close.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Automation, Service and other resources.
• Develop long-term relationships with engineering, operations, plant management, purchasing and ownership contacts.
• Maintain an active pipeline and continually develop new accounts.
• Travel throughout the territory to meet customers and prospects.
