A leading manufacturer of metal-cutting tools seeks a CNC Machinist Sales and Application Engineer to drive sales growth in South-Eastern Pennsylvania. Ideal candidates will have experience in CNC machining and a technical degree. The role combines sales with technical expertise, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships. Work is primarily field-based with a company vehicle provided as part of a competitive compensation package, which includes a base salary plus bonuses and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related CNC machining industry experience, preferably in technical sales.
• Proficient in understanding product knowledge and customer needs.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales solutions.
• Generate and manage sales leads and customer accounts.
• Conduct pre-sales workshops and product demonstrations.

Skills

Technical degree or Degree in Business, Manufacturing and/or Engineering preferred

3+ years of related CNC machining industry experience
