Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee all patient care services and supervise clinical staff in our California Home Health operations. You will coordinate patient care, drive CHAP readiness, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

You will lead QAPI initiatives, monitor patient satisfaction and complaint resolutions, manage OASIS and discharge data, and serve as acting leader during absences.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing with an active RN license.
• 5 yrs RN experience with at least 2 yrs supervisor experience in Home Health.
• Experience managing RN services in home, community, or clinic settings.
• CPR certification required; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations as primary contact for staff and patients.
• Coordinate patient care, intake and referral processes with interdisciplinary teams.
• Direct QAPI initiatives, track incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain survey readiness, audit processes, and HHCAHPS survey distribution.
• Lead emergency preparedness planning, activation, and post–activation reporting.
