The role focuses on coordinating care, supervising clinical teams, and ensuring safety and effectiveness in care delivery. The successful candidate will drive regulatory readiness, QAPI initiatives, and satisfaction monitoring, with responsibilities spanning discharge data, OASIS handling, and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of operation is required.
• 3–5 years of RN experience.
• Experience managing RN services in home, community, or clinic preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations during operating hours.
• Coordinate patient care with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Direct supervision and coaching of clinical staff and provide backup coverage as needed.
• Drive QAPI initiatives, monitor quality, and track incidents and corrective actions.
• Maintain survey readiness and conduct audit reviews for accreditation readiness.
• Lead Emergency Preparedness Planning and post-activation reporting.
