Job summary

Cytokinetics, Inc. is seeking a Cardiovascular Account Specialist to introduce Cytokinetics and launch its first commercial product, a novel cardiac myosin inhibitor for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM).

You will drive sales results and build relationships with IDNs and hospitals across your territory. The role requires 5+ years in biotech/pharma sales, ownership of the territory, and willingness to travel 25–100%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years in biotech/pharma sales needed.
• Experience owning a territory is highly preferred.
• Cardiology, rare disease, or specialty product experience is preferred.
• Experience with patient service hubs and specialty pharmacy distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales results in your territory and own accountability for the launch.
• Develop territory-specific account plans with cross-functional teams.
• Be a subject matter expert and provide clinically relevant disease and product information to HCPs.
