Highway Horticulture, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Michigan to autonomously develop new accounts and maintain existing relationships within the assigned territory. The role focuses on increasing product visibility in dispensaries, merchandising, promotions, and driving growth of the Highway Horticulture Productions portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum 2 years in cannabis sales.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Passion for and knowledge of cannabis and the industry.
• Willingness & ability to work nights & weekends periodically for events.
• Reside in sales territory.
• This role is heavily focused on retail execution: 80% of time spent in the trade, 20% time internal meetings + administration

Responsabilités

• Sell entire HHP portfolio, emphasis on priority brands.
• Execute against quarterly distribution targets.
• Develop new account relationships.
• Regular communication & follow-up with accounts to grow business.
• Execute programs & promotional events at accounts and vendor days.
• Increase rate of sale through brand visibility, staff trainings, and education.
• Maintain weekly sales reports and account visit tracking.
• Monitor sales results via BI tools and support forecasts.
• Maintain territory budget & expenses.
• Roll-out distributor-level programs and monitor inventory levels
