Hydrafacial is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead a defined territory across Delaware/Maryland, expanding Hydrafacial adoption and revenue for SkinHealth Systems. You will partner with providers to grow patient volume, optimize service menus, and demonstrate ROI for clinical products.

This field-based role requires strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 75% to support customer business development and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of account management experience in aesthetics market.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory of Hydrafacial provider accounts and promote new products.
• Develop individualized business plans to drive patient volume and revenue.
• Drive device purchases and booster adoption with ROI-based business cases.
• Deliver hands-on clinical and business training to providers and their staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute territory strategies.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce.
