SERVPRO of South Orange County is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead referral development, territory growth, and new business generation in South Orange County. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role for a self‑directed professional with restoration industry experience.

You will personally manage business development for the location, from identifying prospects and building relationships to generating qualified referrals and growing revenue.

Qualifications

• At least three years of business development or outside sales experience in restoration or related services.
• Proven success generating referrals, developing accounts, and meeting sales goals.
• Strong understanding of restoration services and needs of referral partners.
• Ability to prospect, cold call, present, and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to grow referral sources and revenue.
• Build relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, facility managers, contractors, and business owners.
• Prospect consistently via in-person visits, calls, meetings, and follow-up.
• Identify new opportunities, present SERVPRO services, and request referrals.
• Represent the company at associations and networking events; continue education opportunities.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with contacts, activity, opportunities, and next steps.
• Provide updates on account development and territory revenue to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoff from referral to service delivery.
• Ensure materials follow SERVPRO brand standards.
