Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Business Developer to drive sales in the Nashville region by sourcing new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding the company’s brand presence among property managers and decision-makers.

You will prepare estimates and proposals, collaborate with branch leadership and operations, and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to achieve growth objectives and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• B2B sales success with mid- to senior-level influence.
• Experience in commercial landscape, property management, or related services.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently or with a team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to negotiate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in an assigned territory by generating leads, securing new opportunities, and renewing contracts.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with property managers and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market to meet growth objectives.
• Represent Ruppert Landscape at networking events and industry groups to raise brand awareness.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and bid packages aligned with customer needs.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track activity in CRM to forecast and manage opportunities.
