Ruppert Landscape Co. seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities and build client relationships across a designated region. You will collaborate with sales, PR, and branch management to align strategies and achieve sales goals.

This role emphasizes CRM usage, bid proposals, sales forecasting, market research, and strategic planning to expand market presence and revenue growth. Travel within the region is required.

Qualificações

• Seven+ years of experience in sales management or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with service-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and enterprise software; Excel power user.

Responsabilidades

• Establish new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
