Ruppert Landscape Co. seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and support market Business Developers across a designated region.

You will collaborate with sales, public relations, and branch management to align strategies, drive revenue growth, and expand our market footprint through strategic initiatives, CRM management, and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive regional growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in leading, managing, and developing teams.

Responsabilités

• Establish new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Foster trust-based relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Hire, train and develop high-performing sales professionals.
• Travel within the region to meet with customers and participate in industry events.
• Lead negotiations and closing bid opportunities.
