You will collaborate with sales, PR, and branch management to align strategies, drive revenue growth, and expand market footprint through strategic initiatives and effective execution. Strong leadership and CRM skills are essential for mentoring a sales team and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in sales management or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
