Responsibilities

• Drive business growth in an assigned territory by generating leads, securing new business opportunities, and renewing existing contracts
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, decision-makers, and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local branch market to achieve growth
• Represent the company at networking events, trade associations, and community organizations
• Conduct on-site property assessments, field measurements, and scope evaluations for accurate estimates
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and bid packages
• Collaborate with branch teams to develop sales strategies and support project execution
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads and activities
• Perform market research to monitor customer needs and industry trends
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts timely
