Job summary

Oribe Hair Care seeks a Brand Executive to grow Central Texas salons and carry out sell-in and sell-through strategies. You will educate salon teams, manage accounts, and drive brand loyalty across Austin, San Antonio, Waco, and Houston.

The role demands strong communication, 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, and a willingness to travel up to 75% for field activities. Competitive base salary plus commission and car allowance is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of relevant sales/retail experience.
• Candidates with outside sales and salon industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build powerful relationships with salon owners, stylists, and staff.
• Manage rotation for existing and new business development.
