Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Motorola Retail Territory Representative in Mesa, AZ. This full-time role lets you own your territory by training, selling, and building relationships with store teams and customers in a dynamic tech field.

You will visit multiple locations daily, conduct in-store trainings and demos, and travel as needed. The package includes weekly pay, health benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match, and a quarterly bonus program up to $9,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, marketing, sales, or training/communications.
• Wireless or tech industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing a territory of retail locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and grow Motorola’s market share at 7–8 locations daily.
• Train and influence retail sales associates to recommend Motorola products.
• Deliver in-store training, demos, and events.
• Participate in events, meetings, and outreach in the market.
• Build strong partnerships and be the go-to Motorola contact in your market.
