Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is recruiting a Motorola Retail Territory Representative to own and grow the territory, train store teams, and build relationships across markets. You will visit multiple retailers daily, training staff and delivering in-store demos while balancing field and admin tasks.

The role emphasizes travel, training delivery, and direct influence on sales, with strong potential for growth in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, marketing, sales, or training/communications
• Wireless or tech industry experience preferred
• Experience managing a territory of retail locations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and grow Motorola’s market share.
• Visit 7–8 retail locations per day within your market.
• Spend 50–75% of your time in the field, visiting stores, training, and building relationships.
• Train and influence retail sales associates to recommend Motorola products.
• Deliver engaging in-store training, demos, and events.
• Occasional travel and events as needed.
