Job summary

Craft Massachusetts is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow beverage sales in an assigned territory, servicing both on‑premise and off‑premise accounts. Based in Metro Boston.

You will build relationships with account decision makers, present our portfolio, drive placement and promotions, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets. This role involves daily field work and a Monday–Friday schedule, with competitive pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Outside Beverage Sales experience.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must have vehicle with active insurance and license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales in assigned beverage territory (on-premise and off-premise).
• Develop new accounts and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present and promote beverage portfolio to drive placements and menu features.
• Execute promotions and merchandising to drive sell-through.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and distribution targets.
