Job summary

American Fidelity Assurance is recruiting an Account Manager (Outside Sales Rep) in the Salem area to sell benefits, retirement, and other supplemental insurance products to K-12 public schools. You will build long-term relationships and provide needs-based recommendations for employees within a defined territory.

Prior insurance experience is not required. A comprehensive benefits package and rewards including travel opportunities and a defined territory await the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Focus on growing and maintaining existing B2B accounts by selling insurance products and services to public school districts.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives and develop customized needs-based employee benefits packages.
• Defined territory with overnight travel; must reside in the territory.
