Zusammenfassung

Capital Beer and Beverage seeks a motivated Sales Representative to grow our brands across a defined territory. You will build strong retailer partnerships, uncover opportunities, and directly impact sales results.

You’ll plan calls, analyze data, and manage orders in our systems while supporting space planning and POS materials. The role rewards ownership, with a robust benefits package and a culture focused on collaboration, growth, and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, plus six months to two years of sales experience.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
• Ability to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit in accordance with state law; must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel overnight as required and participate in business meetings and events.

Aufgaben

• Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships that generate new business.
• Plan and complete regular sales calls across assigned accounts and territory.
• Analyze current and historical sales activity to identify opportunities and meet quotas.
• Recommend and create customer programs using knowledge of the supplier portfolio.
• Enter orders accurately and maintain day-to-day sales information in the designated sales system.
• Provide first-line customer support and help resolve concerns that may lead to dissatisfaction.
