Job summary

Restorerz - Emergency Services is expanding across Southern California and hiring Business Development Managers to build our partner network in Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and Orange County. Each BDM owns one territory, focusing on signing plumbing and HVAC partners and activating their technicians to drive referrals.

You’ll work primarily in the field, prospecting shops, conducting lunch-and-learns, and meeting owners; report to the Director of Sales and collaborate with the Southern

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Experience in restoration, plumbing, HVAC, or home services is a plus.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and hitting targets.
• Willingness to work in the field 70%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of plumbing and HVAC clients across your territory.
• Sign new referral partners and secure first referrals.
• Activate technicians through ride-alongs and lunch-and-learns.
• Grow wallet share with existing accounts across services.
• Track pipeline and activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations to reduce handoff friction.
