W3Global is seeking an Outside Foodservice Sales Representative to develop new bakery and foodservice accounts in the Chicagoland area. The role emphasizes building relationships with customers and growing territory through proactive prospecting and field visits.

The ideal candidate should have sales or business development experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel across Chicagoland. Bakery or foodservice distribution experience is strongly preferred, with bilingual skills

Qualifications

• Sales, outside sales, customer service, or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling.
• Self-motivated and able to manage an outside territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new bakery and foodservice accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer and prospect visits throughout the territory.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Grow existing accounts through additional product opportunities.
• Prepare pricing, quotes, and product recommendations.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, orders, and customer needs.
• Stay informed on product availability, pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, warehouse, and transportation teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
