Diverse Staffing is seeking a results-focused B2B Sales Representative to develop new light industrial staffing partnerships in the Norcross market. This field-based role oversees the entire sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreements and first employee start, building a productive territory with local clients.

You will prospect, manage a geographic territory, and close new business while collaborating with branch and delivery teams to ensure smooth client launches and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Knowledge of light industrial environments (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or production).
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to build relationships with executives, HR, operations, and procurement.
• Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily local travel.
• Residence in Norcross, GA market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits.
• Develop and manage an assigned geographic territory and client list.
• Build a qualified pipeline of light industrial staffing opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings using a consultative sales approach.
• Present proposals, negotiate within pricing guidelines, and secure signed agreements.
• Manage new accounts from agreement to kickoff and first employee start.
• Coordinate with branch and delivery teams for smooth client launches.
• Maintain relationships with accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Track sales activities and pipeline in HubSpot.
• Represent Diverse Staffing at networking events.
