Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in the Baltimore area. You will prospect, qualify leads, network, and visit clients, delivering on-site assessments of uniform rental and facility services.

You will develop tailored proposals, close multi-year service agreements, and keep CRM data accurate. The role partners with service and operations teams to onboard new customers, with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• This role requires 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in uniform rental or related fields.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance compliance.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments for uniform rental, facility services, and related programs.
• Develop tailored proposals for potential clients.
• Close multi-year service agreements with clients.
