Job summary

Caring Transitions of East Stroudsburg - LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative/Manager to expand the franchise territory in Monroe County and the Scranton area with face-to-face engagements.

You will identify partners, develop referrals, and drive revenue through local travel and in-person meetings, building strong relationships with franchise locations. This role not remote, requires in-person presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience sales and marketing with proven results.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to negotiate.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; own laptop and mobile phone.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential partners/clients within a defined territory.
• Pursue referral sources to build relationships and drive revenue.
• Travel locally to meet prospects and close deals.
• Create business development plans and quarterly sales objectives.
• Provide reporting to area franchise owner.
