Job summary

Caring Transitions East Stroudsburg - LLC is seeking a Business Development Rep/Manager to grow referrals and revenue across Monroe County and the Scranton area. This role focuses on face-to-face meetings, building partnerships, and meeting franchise sales targets.

The candidate should have at least 3 years’ sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate. In-person travel is required; home office setup is expected (laptop and phone provided by the applicant).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ sales and marketing experience with proven results.
• High School diploma required; a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Must provide own laptop and mobile phone; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential partners/clients within a defined territory.
• Secure referral sources to collaborate with franchise locations and drive revenue.
• Reach out to lead sources via email, phone, and in person with local travel.
• Work with the territory franchise to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to bring in more business for the franchisee owner.
• Support brand awareness through market growth strategies and campaigns.
