Job summary

Caring Transitions Twin Cities East & St. Croix WI is seeking a Business Development Representative to prospect and establish new referrals within a defined territory to meet sales and revenue goals. The role emphasizes self-motivation, interpersonal skills, and building rapport with business partners and clients.

The candidate will drive sales, develop markets, and create new growth opportunities through outreach, meetings, and partnerships within the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing with proven results.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads – prospect new sales leads via phone, email, or in-person contact.
• Manage current accounts – stay in close contact with existing accounts and coordinate meetings.
• Community outreach – pursue partnerships, use branded materials, social media, and events.
