Job summary

Dayspring Restoration is seeking a Business Development Manager to own a protected territory in the Greater Butte Metro area, from Butte to Deer Lodge and beyond. This outside B2B role emphasizes relationship-building over quick wins, with a fixed base salary, uncapped commission, and a ramp-up period to ensure earnings grow steadily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Comfortable building a territory from zero.
• Self-disciplined with strong follow-through.
• Coachable, but not dependent.
• Strategic thinker who can identify high-value opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience selling services to commercial clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a B2B referral network through hunting and farming.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and in-person meetings.
• Develop relationships with commercial accounts and referral sources.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations rather than product pitches.
• Present company services and emergency response capabilities to prospective clients.
• Educate partners and clients on mitigation and restoration solutions.
• Attend networking events and industry functions.
• Track pipeline and activity in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure strong customer outcomes.
• Aim for predictable, long-term deal flow.
