Dayspring Restoration is hiring a Territory Sales Representative – Business Development in Great Falls, MT. You will build relationships with property managers, insurers, and facility directors, driving emergency restoration services and referrals.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting and relationship-building to generate ongoing opportunities. With a $60,000 base salary and uncapped commissions, you can aim for $100K+ income.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Real comfort with cold outreach and face-to-face introductions.
• Self-discipline — you run your own calendar and territory.
• Strong communication skills and good judgment to prioritize high-value accounts.
• Willingness to attend in-person meetings and evening industry events across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Plan the territory and get in front of target accounts in person.
• Walk into property management offices, plumbing shops, and contractor yards.
• Meet with insurance agents to explain our emergency response process.
• Tour commercial and multifamily properties and discuss water, fire, and mold risk.
• Run consultative conversations to identify exposures and fit.
• Follow up on conversations by phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Attend chamber, association, and industry events.
• Maintain CRM with contacts, activity and next steps.
