LIBERTY RESTORATION GROUP INC is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand sales in the assigned territory. You will build and maintain referral relationships with insurance professionals and property managers, and personally drive new business for restoration services.

• Two or more years of outside sales or B2B sales experience.
• Willingness to spend the majority of the workday visiting referral sources in person across the territory.
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell restoration services to prospective and existing referral sources through a relationship-based approach.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, brokers, and property managers throughout the assigned territory.
• Make regular in-person visits and presentations to referral sources on a consistent territory cycle.
• Record all sales activity, contacts, and visit detail in the company CRM daily.
• Represent the company at trade shows, association meetings, continuing-education classes, and sponsored events, including some occurring outside standard business hours.
• Provide support during catastrophe and severe-weather events.
• Plan and organize territory strategy to maximize coverage and effective use of time.
