Job summary

Solutionz, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead audiovisual and videoconferencing projects across the Northeast region.

This role serves as the primary point of contact, coordinating customers, engineers, technicians, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of PM experience in AV or related fields, strong scheduling and budget skills, and willingness to travel to customer sites and Solutionz offices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in audiovisual, technology integration, or related industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership with experience coordinating customers, technicians, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of SOWs, contracts, drawings, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects ensuring they meet Solutionz standards and scope.
• Forecast revenue recognition for the project lifecycle.
• Sales order approval after detailed review of project documents.
• Schedule and lead internal kickoff meetings.
• Engage customers to set client deliverables and manage expectations.
• Monitor progress and provide corrective actions as needed.
• Assemble project staff and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Complete site surveys for equipment placement and clearances.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Initiate invoicing and PayApps at appropriate project stages.
• Provide status reports to external and internal stakeholders.
