Job summary

JASPER Engines & Transmissions, the nation’s leader in remanufactured engines and transmissions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative for Little Rock, Pine Bluff, and Searcy. You will cultivate business with independent repair facilities, fleets, government entities, and national accounts within your territory, living in the area.

You will use a proven selling system, develop plans to seize opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years of sales experience or a degree is required.
• Hunter sales mentality is essential.
• Automotive background/knowledge preferred.
• Integrity and honesty are a must.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a proven selling system with supportive marketing materials.
• Develop and implement plans to maximize sales opportunities in the territory.
• Prospect and manage relationships with independent repair facilities, fleets, and government accounts.
• Perform needs assessments and develop sales proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, production and distribution teams.
• Plan and manage accounts and introduce new products and updates.
• Build long-term value-based relationships and grow the business.
