Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the North Bay/Wine Country and North Coast, CA territory. The role involves engaging with independent repair facilities, fleets, government entities, marinas, and national accounts while living within the territory.

Ideal candidates have a degree or 2+ years in sales, a hunter mentality, self-motivation, automotive knowledge, and high integrity.

• Degree or two-plus years of sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Call on independent repair facilities, local fleets, city and government entities, marinas and national accounts within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement plans to capitalize on all sales opportunities for customers in the territory.
• Prepare needs assessments and develop sales proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (inside sales, customer service, production, distribution).
• Plan and manage accounts and introduce new products and updates.
• Build long-term value-based relationships and focus on prospecting to grow the business.
