Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field preferred.
• 1+ year in agriculture industry—sales or agronomy a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to grow professionally and financially.
• Comfort with digital tools to track activity and analyze customer data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own territory, building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct on-farm visits to assess crop conditions and recommend products.
• Provide agronomic guidance and precision ag solutions to growers.
• Meet and exceed sales goals with high‑quality products and trusted advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
