Advanced Agrilytics is seeking a Precision Agronomist to deliver expert agronomic advice and tailored precision farming solutions. You will combine technical knowledge with strong sales and relationship-building to help farmers adopt technologies that optimize inputs, enhance yields, and increase profitability.

You will lead a team of agronomists and sales professionals, conduct data-driven farm assessments, and stay current with the latest precision ag innovations to support product development

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field with 3+ years of experience preferred or an Associate's degree with 5+ years of related experience
• Must be willing to obtain Certified Crop Advisor certification within 1 year of employment
• Demonstrates passion for exceeding customer needs and the ability to influence and close the sale
• Knowledge of Precision Agriculture preferred
• Comfortable challenging customers and acting as a change agent to improve operations
• Must reside in the U.S. and live in the applicable regional territory

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with farmers and agronomists to understand operations, goals, and challenges
• Conduct farm assessments and use data-driven insights to tailor precision solutions
• Provide technical and agronomic advice to optimize inputs (fertilizers, pesticides, water)
• Develop grower crop plans, rotations, and product positioning
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of agronomists and sales representatives
• Stay up-to-date with precision agriculture technologies and provide feedback to product teams
