Method Search Consultants is seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales professional in North Dakota to build lasting relationships with area producers, advise on seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products, and craft agronomic plans for yield and profitability.

You will identify new opportunities, pursue growth, and deliver dependable service while staying up-to-date with agronomic trends and precision ag tools. A performance-driven culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Ag Retail, Agronomy Sales, or related agricultural field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple relationships.
• Proven ability to generate new business while maintaining existing accounts.
• CCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience selling seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with strong customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with technology and digital tools used in precision agriculture and account management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with area producers through on-farm visits, calls, and digital communication.
• Recommend and sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products tailored to growers’ operation and goals.
• Develop agronomic plans to drive short-term yields and long-term profitability.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and reliability year-round.
• Stay current with agronomic trends and precision ag tools to offer top solutions.
