Job summary

EverGREEN FS in Illinois is seeking eager individuals to join our agronomy team. You will train across sales and operations, learn to develop territory plans, and implement agronomy programs for targeted accounts to grow our business.

Gain hands-on experience with seed products, precision farming tools, soil testing, and customer service while supporting product deliveries and field trials. A valid driver's license is required, with CDL eligibility within the first year.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates’ Degree in agriculture, marketing or business and 1–2 years of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Support agronomy department training across sales and operations.
• Develop territory and competitive analysis to understand the market.
• Meet goals as established by supervisor.
• Learn to create and recommend agronomy programs for targeted accounts to grow business.
• Assist with product deliveries, soil testing, crop scouting and other programs.
